We are now looking for an IT Systems Engineer with IAM focus who wants to take part in building a great IT Engineering team!

How you will make an impact

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be joining our brand new IT Engineering team within our IT Operations team. One of the many awesome things is that we consider ourselves to be a cloud-native company working with SaaS and a cloud-first architecture.

You’ll be given a great opportunity to form your role into something special together with our IT Operations colleagues, making sure we reach our goal of delivering a world-class employee experience.

This new team will be responsible for maintaining and developing our systems portfolio, infrastructure, and our IdP/IAM solution. Daily, you will cooperate with many of our awesome stakeholders within various departments and play a key role in enabling our team to work as efficiently as possible backed by cutting-edge tools and systems.

This role is IAM-focused but will include working on other projects and technologies with your colleagues in IT Engineering.

More specifically, you will:

  • Together with your colleagues in IT Engineering own, evaluate, configure, and oversee the core IT systems (email, communication and collaboration systems, network infrastructure, device management systems, identity management, access management systems).
  • Configure, implement, and integrate scalable SaaS solutions (requirements gathering, architecting, configuring, securing, and team training).
  • Collaborate with the IT team, management, and department leadership to plan the most important projects to work on next.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends and make recommendations as needed to help the SaaS stack and the business stay optimal.
  • Provide tier 3 escalated support to internal users globally, w/ a customer-oriented approach.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes.
  • Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure.

Who you are

We believe you are a curious person who loves to dive into new technologies and tools. You have a deep understanding of cloud-first architecture and SaaS application configuration and integration, which you use to push forward a solution-oriented approach when faced with challenges and projects. Also, you are a true team player who likes to actively collaborate with others to find the best solutions.

For you to thrive in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience within IT, preferably as an IT Systems Engineer or equivalent.
  • Solid experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise IAM solutions
  • Knowledge of general industry IAM concepts and best practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL, and other supporting technologies
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST/FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, ZeroTrust, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc.

It would also be music to our ears if you have:

  • Experience working with SaaS applications like G Suite, Slack, Atlassian.
  • Experience with MDM solutions like JAMF or Workspace One.
  • Experience with SaaS Ops tools such as BetterCloud or Blissfully
  • Proficiency in scripting & automation languages such as Python, Bash Scripting, SQL, etc.
  • It's a plus if you have an interest in and/or knowledge of advanced firewall- and network infrastructures technologies such as Cisco Meraki or others.
  • A proven ability to work independently, oversee complex tasks and prioritize based on overall strategic goals.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
