Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.
We are now looking for an HR-generalist to join our office in New York!
The HR department at Epidemic Sound is reasonably new and you would be the first one within our North American operation, based in our New York office. In other words, the opportunities are countless. You will be able and expected to think outside the box and create excellent value for our employees with your creativity.
You will lead and be responsible for a wide range of HR related projects, including employer branding, recruitment, onboarding new hires, performance management, training, and development, as well as compensation & benefit packaging.

You will be part of the HQ HR team of eight people, with the intention of expanding further. You will be based at the NYC office and report to Managing Director, North America. This is a full-time position that we would like to fill as soon as possible.
What are we looking for?
To succeed in the role of HR Generalist we see that you have an HR degree or equivalent and experience working with parts the human resource profession at a high-growth company for at least 2 years.
It is beneficial if you have experience from a wide variety of HR areas within the US. We want you to have a passion for HR and are eager to continue to grow in your profession with us.
You have the ability to create, contribute and finish projects independently with various stakeholders. It’s essential for you to be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
You flourish in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and find the perfect balance between good-enough and perfection.
It will also be music to our ears if you have previous experience with Officevibe or a similar employer engagement system.
