Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.

To achieve this, we need to move our content team to the next level – and that’s why we need you!
The main responsibility is managing and supporting our project management team, distribution/social media team and production team in topics such as strategy, target-setting, budgeting, best practice-sharing, recruitment, personnel questions, etc.
You will need to use data and best practices to improve, design and implement processes and guidelines in order to ensure that the sub teams are working as efficiently as possible and are able to reach our ambitious team targets.
The position as Head of Content Marketing is part of the marketing team and will be report directly to the VP Marketing Operations.
What are we looking for?
- In-depth experience of content and managing content teams and campaigns with a proven track record
- Minimum 5+ years of experience of a production role or similar in an international organization
- Knowledge and understanding of content marketing - from content creation to distribution and lead generation.
- Strong social/interpersonal and decision-making skills
As a person you are creative, structured, goal-oriented and numerical. You are a problem-solver with an agile mindset who thrives on challenges. You’re not afraid to dig in to problems - big or small, you can handle it all. You also have a passion for music, video and media, of course.
