At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated music library, with over 30,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers no matter what their story is. Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.

The role includes everything from changing light bulbs to arranging ‘After Works’ and making flight reservations. Every day surprises you with new tasks and your job is to find ways to make the Epidemic Sound HQ a happy, inspiring and functioning workspace.
It’s equally important to you to set up breakfast for your +150 colleagues, book inspiring lectures and host big events as it is to make sure we all have working copying machines and pens.
You will also be dealing with our many office related subcontractors making sure everything runs smoothly and that the level of service is maintained.
What are we looking for?
Our Office Manager is a natural bearer of the Epidemic Sound spirit. We work hard but also play hard. We are, at core, a disruptive company with a lot of heart who sees new ways of doing things. This is something that comes naturally to you.
You are socially skilled, fun to be around and enjoy a challenge or two during your work day. A positive outlook is everything. This job is very varied and independent. Being well organized and thorough together with a keen eye for detail is something we value a lot.
If you have previous skills in event management or office management that’s great. If you don’t, but have the right mindset, we are strong believers of the “hire for attitude, train for skills” idea so don’t let that stop you from applying.
As we are a international company we need someone who is really good at English as a second language, and of course fluent in Swedish.
This is a temporary position for now, but as we're growing it could very well turn into a permanent employment, you report to the Head of HR and we want you to start as soon as possible.
