Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.
With the objective of growing our global footprint, brand awareness and new sales for the business, we need to be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our users to inspire action and loyalty. Therefore we are looking to grow our Creator Partnerships team in Los Angeles.
The focus of Creator Partnerships is to find and manage brand ambassadors within the LA/West Coast online creator community - YouTubers, Podcasters, Streamers, Facebook-, Vimeo- and Instagram Creators.
You will take care of the entire process of our new brand ambassadors. From the start with prospecting, contact and establish the initial relationship with the creators. To onboard our ambassadors and track their performance in our ambassador program. You will also inspire and motivate our ambassadors through an organized and creative process. You will coordinate and represent the Partnership team at local creator events and help develop and establish relationships building activities within the community.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Community at HQ and Sales Manager in Los Angeles.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the thought of building relationships with inspiring online content creators. You should be self-driven and energetic with the ability to identify the needs of our users and how to creatively meet them.
You’re already a heavy user of YouTube, Twitch, Instagram or other online platforms, but the most important factor is having the right attitude and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company. You have experiences of working with CMS or other tools to develop and track marketing/community activations.
You have previous experience from the influencer world and you are intrigued by the needs of online creators and how we can cater to them. Because you are a video native you have a solid understanding of the life of a content creator, you also have a strategic and analytical mindset. Fluency in English and excellent grammatical and writing is also important; hence we are an international company.
