Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. We are looking for a Director of Creator Partnerships who can transform vision and mission into strategic plans and manage a team with executing successful partnerships within our Community. We think the ideal candidate is a savvy digital marketer with focus on growth relationships as well as being an inspiring leader.
In this role, we hope that you are a strategist with hands-on experience to help our company grow through partnerships with top influencers to affiliate and referral programs. If you're a creative big thinker and have experience in developing marketing partnerships strategy - we'd love to meet you!
How you will make an impact
- Set strategic guidelines and plans for growth through partnerships with individual content creators, brands, agencies, online publishers, etc.
- Overseeing and approving Partnership budgets.
- Reporting on performance, progress and projections.
- Champion a culture in knowledge sharing, experimentation and agile working.
- Leverage insights and data to support decisions.
- Identify opportunities for engagement across disciplines and marketing teams to gain excitement and integration into marketing partnerships.
- Push boundaries and envision ideas that can meet Epidemic Sound’s and partner’s objectives.
Who are you?
We think you have multiple years of experience as a tested leader, with all its challenges, in both team and commercial aspects when it comes to growth partnerships. To be successful you have a strategic mindset and analytical skills to distill data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities as well as to help forecast potential partnership impacts and contributions. We think you have a background in creator relationships/influencer marketing and/or loyalty/ referral/ affiliate programs. Since we want to be in the forefront we expect you to have insights in up-to-date trends and best practice within creator marketing. Managing team of course comes with the responsibility to understand and manage budgets and leveraging financial concepts to inform longer-term strategy. You use and find improvements in the ways to measure and showcase the value of partnership marketing.
