Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.
We are now looking for a Campaign Manager in Streaming with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to seek out and drive marketing campaigns within the influencer community. Streaming is one of Epidemic’s fastest growing business area, and if you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of potential to shape our business, this is the position for you.
This is a marketing position that sits within the streaming team. Your main objective is to, through a number of various online initiatives, effectively spread awareness of our music and in the end, generate streams. This includes researching and identifying creators and influencers within, and outside, of Epidemic Sound’s current network, and set up paid creative partnerships and campaigns around the world to highlight our music.
You will work closely with the streaming team to identify potential tracks to promote. You will research, identify, approach and set-up creative formats together with the influencers in order to drive streams of our music on a range of streaming platforms we serve. You will manage a monthly budget, will work towards clear targets and be responsible to track performance and in the end, help us shape this new business area for Streaming.
This is a full-time position based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will be reporting to the Streaming Manager.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of hands on experience from influencer marketing, and preferably within artist/music campaigns. You understand how it’s all connected, and most importantly, what creates engagement in the online environment. At heart, you are a creative marketing soul, have a strong understanding for the streaming landscape and how a sales strategy can be used to strengthen a retail marketing campaign in our talks with streaming services.
In addition to having a strong music knowledge, you are a heavy user of YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and other online platforms. You need to be self-driven, energetic and possess a strategic and analytical mindset in order to thrive in this role. As you will be working on a global scale, we expect you to be fluent in English and possess excellent grammatical skills in writing.
As a person you are friendly, enthusiastic and results-oriented. You pay excellent attention to details and have strong organizational skills with the ability to initiate and drive improvements. You are great at prioritizing and work effectively under pressure, as well as maintaining a professional manner.
