We are now looking for a Senior Global PR Manager (6-9 Month Paternity Cover with potential permanent transition).
In this role you will support both the Marketing department and wider company goals by crafting, delivering and evaluating a broad range of PR initiatives towards our community of content creators, music creators and corporate external audiences.
You will be responsible for collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization to shape creative and corporate campaigns and outreach that can secure earned media coverage across a wide variety of traditional and new media verticals, whilst supporting wider growth targets.
With a focus on discovering, crafting and driving coverage of company announcements, as well as securing speaker opportunities for company spokespeople, you will be the expert in utilising PR to showcase the Epidemic Sound brand, mission and vision to external audiences, whilst ensuring all messaging reflects the organization’s position on key topics.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to advise and shape campaigns that secure a wide variety of earned media coverage across a wide variety of traditional and new media verticals, whilst supporting wider growth targets
Manage and develop relationships with key influencers, journalists and PR agencies
Collaborate with wider Comms & PR team in a variety of situations including crisis communication, strategic & corporate announcements and company milestones
Lead the implementation, assessment and development of our PR strategy
Identify, craft and distribute all relevant stories from scratch, from researching possible angles to creating all press materials and securing coverage that helps build the Epidemic Sound brand, mission and vision towards a wide variety of external audiences
Secure industry speaker slots, whilst coaching and briefing company spokespeople to deliver key messaging
This is a full-time, temporary position based in Stockholm
Who are you?
It would be music to our ears if you are/have:
8+ years of experience working in Public Relations
Highly skilled at internal and external relationship management
Experience of managing and shaping large-scale, global PR campaigns across creative industries like content creation and music as well as towards a corporate audience
Ability to lead PR initiatives from start to finish securing coverage including opinion pieces, features, company news, case studies and speaker reviews
Fluent in verbal and written English with exceptional writing skills
Preferably also fluent in verbal and written Swedish
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
