We’re now looking for a Music Curator to join our amazing Music Curation team at our office in New York.
How you will make an impact
As a Music Curator you will be instrumental in supporting and creating additional value for our growing user base of storytellers by curating music for our player, ensuring our storytellers always have the right music at hand. You will be focusing on conceptualizing, curating, writing engaging copy for, and developing playlists towards various content objectives.
You will play a key role in maintaining dynamic and diverse programming for playlists with a focus on our global storytellers and contribute to developing playlists to capture seasonality and cultural moments and trends. You will contribute to driving playlist success based on insights gained from analyzing music data, and as a music expert, you will contribute to accurately growing our catalog by identifying music gaps for our users.

Who you are
We believe that you have a tireless interest in a broad variety of music, as well as a deeper knowledge of a few specific genres, expertise or knowledge of Latin music is a huge merit.
You have a passion for pairing music with an endless array of content objectives and crafting the perfect playlist experience. Previous music industry experience working within editorial curation, radio programming, sync licensing, music supervision, or related, is required.
As an individual, you are creative, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient and a team player who is not afraid to express your ideas. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
To be successful you will need to look beyond your daily tasks and feel the rhythm of a constantly changing company in a global industry with many twists and turns.
