Junior Sales Associate - Madrid (Spain)

Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.
We are now looking for an ambitious Music Licensing associate who's interested in pursuing a career within sales in the music/media industry!
The job is located in Madrid and your main geographical focus would be Spain. You will learn to identify potential clients, segments and prioritize between them. You will be responsible for admin, first contact with potential clients and converting them from a lead to a concrete business opportunity.
From time to time, the role will also require analysis of current customer and user base, as well as working with sales management and other departments to improve and streamline internal processes.
You will be working closely with the Iberian Team and your performance will be key for Epidemic Sound’s success and expansion.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and hard-working person interested in pursuing a career within sales and in the music/media industry.
Skills and experience needed:
- Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage
- At least 3 years work experience
- Spanish as first language and fluent in English
As a person you are a social team player and strong at networking. You are goal oriented and have an analytical mindset as well as a strong will to learn and develop. We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and will not hesitate to pick up the phone. An interest in music and/or TV and film is also preferred but the most important factor is having the right attitude, being adaptive and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company.
The job is full time. We would like you to start in February.
