Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.

We are now looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to help us help our customers part time! 


Job description

As a Customer Service Representative (Extra hours) at Epidemic Sound you will help our fast growing customer base of creator and editors with any questions or issues they may have. As you connect directly with our customers you will have a direct impact on their brand experience.

If you are looking for a remote part time job to combine with your studies, then this is a great opportunity! We want you to be excited about helping our customers and be confident in your ability to communicate our culture in all aspects of your work. Ideally you will be based in or within commuting distance of Stockholm, as training will be provided at our HQ.


What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a service-minded person, who enjoys problem solving and enjoys interacting with lots of different customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish and the ability to voice the values of Epidemic Sound.
  • Ability to provide holiday or sickness cover

It would be music to our ears if you have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • An interest in content creation and social media
  • A great attitude when and adapting to change.

As a person you are friendly and outgoing. You have the willingness to learn, develop and work in a fast paced team environment. The most important factor is having the right attitude, being adaptive and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company.
