We are looking for an experienced Product analytics leader who can build product analytics as a function in a fast growing product/tech organisation. You will be leading the way in how we embed product analytics into cross functional teams and define the tools and processes we need to turn large data sets into actionable insights for Product Owners and teams.
You will manage and grow a team of product analysts and will be responsible for hiring additional talents as we grow.
In addition to data from our own products, we collect data from a multitude of sources such as third party vendors, DSPs (Spotify etc) and UGC platforms (Youtube etc). Retrieving, assessing, understanding and manipulating data should be second nature to you.
We believe in autonomy and strong product focus where you as Head Of Product Analytics will play a central role in empowering the product/tech organisation to take data informed decisions.
You report to VP of Product and will be a part of a team of 6 other Product Owners and Head of Product Design.
The position is located at our HQ in Stockholm.
What are we looking for?
A self motivated leader with a passion for embedding insights as a key function in agile product development teams. You are a team player who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and other departments.
You have managerial experience and previous hands on experience in working as a product analyst in a product company that is well advanced in building digital experiences based on data insights and KPIs.
