We are now looking for a VP of Brand and Marketing to architect our brand and marketing strategy.
How you will make an impact
You will build and lead a strategic and highly efficient Brand & Marketing organization that firmly establishes Epidemic Sound as the number one global partner for all storytellers
You will develop and own the brand and marketing strategy that enables commercial success and helps us reach our ambitious growth and efficiency targets
You will ensure a holistic brand experience, including visual identity and tonality across the company
You will own the implementation of the marketing roadmap across distribution channels alongside the person responsible for Growth Marketing, and jointly ensure consistency throughout the full customer journey
You will lead a team of Directors within Brand & Marketing, fostering a highly efficient team of professionals across multiple disciplines, including close collaboration with the PR and Comms Team
You will be responsible for making sure we have best-in-class talent and skills within the team to build a winning Brand & Marketing organization
You will be responsible for key objectives and results (KPIs) for all teams within the Brand & Marketing organization
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Brand & Marketing execution is aligned with the brand and company’s overall strategy and KPIs
You will be responsible for translating the company mission, vision, and purpose into effective and compelling brand communication
You will feedback and contribute to product roadmaps and company strategy
You will be responsible for setting, planning, and managing the brand and marketing budget
You will create and present the annual brand and marketing plan and strategy to the board, including follow-ups on a quarterly basis
Contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved
Who you are
We are looking for a commercially savvy brand-building marketeer, with relevant experience and background:
+15 years of marketing experience from fast-growing, tech, and user-centric businesses with a digital product
Hands-on experience in transforming an operational Brand & Marketing function into a highly efficient and strategic value-adding function that spearheads growth and establishes a world-class brand globally
A strong, hands-on, visionary leader that inspires, motivates and ensures operational efficiency and state-of-the-art output across all teams
Proven track record of scaling teams to meet increasing and ever-changing demand
Data-driven with strong knowledge and understanding of KPIs ensuring this way of working trickles down throughout the whole function
Experience and knowledge of frameworks and best practices and will apply to drive results with efficiency, speed, and quality
