We are now looking for a driven and talented AP/AR Manager!
In this role you will, as part of the Finance team, work with all AP and AR related processes in a team lead role. You will have three direct reports handling day-to-day tasks within AP and AR and you will act as team leader and manager to them. The team will grow over time as you see fit. You will drive changes and improve processes as you see fit in order to render the functions more efficient.
The role will include setting up global processes ensuring that all of Epidemic Sound’s entities work in the same way. You will project manage all projects within AP and AR, stakeholders will be both external and internal. You will also be responsible for all AP and AR related activities and reporting in month-end and year-end closings. Furthermore, you will be responsible to set the agenda for the AP/AR functions in the future and build a long-term structure the aligns with the objectives of Epidemic Sound.
You will be working closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to ensure high quality in processes and accounting. You will report to the Group Accounting Manager and join the wider finance team centralized in Stockholm.
What are we looking for?
• Extensive competences in global AP and AR processes
• Experience from working in a global and fast paced environment
• Proven accounting skills related to AP and AR and experience from best practice is these processes
• Ability to shift between helicopter and detail views in all processes
• VAT and sales tax reporting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Experience from Big 4 or a larger international organization is a merit
• IFRS knowledge, especially revenue recognition
