At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry, fast and so far very successfully. Our carefully curated music library, with over 30,000 tracks, is tailored for sound tracking the world. Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard mllions of times every month on streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and Amazon as well as in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid and Sydney. We are growing super fast, we have lots of fun and we like to keep it that way.

You will be responsible for people and culture, globally.
Five years ago we were 10 employees. Today we are 350+ and still growing extremely fast. We want you to be responsible for maintaining and improving our amazing culture and to care for our biggest asset; our people.
You’ll be leading our HR, Talent Acquisition and Office Development globally, currently meaning 17 people and growing. What are we looking for?
To succeed and thrive in the role of Chief People & Culture we believe you are a passionate, kind and warm super star with great amount of self confidence and humility. You understand and values Swedish job culture but knows what parts of culture to export from HQ as well as import from our global offices. You have the ability to coach, support, inspire, engage and influence people.
You also have;
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior role ensuring great culture in fast growing and high pace international organizations
- Excellent skills in group development and communication
- Experience in change management, HR strategy and talent management (on-boarding/off-boarding, employee retention, career development etc.)
- Experience in working on a strategic and operational level and being able to balance the priorities in both
