Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. Our HQ is located in Stockholm with offices in NYC, LA, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Madrid. We are growing fast, we have lots of fun and we are transforming the music industry.

We are now looking for a French-speaking Music Licensing Sales Manager to join our team handling the French market from Amsterdam.


Job description

The role as Music Licensing Sales Manager consists of approaching potential customers, closing deals, working against quarterly targets and growing the business. You will be working closely with the French Team and your performance will be key for Epidemic Sound's successful expansion in the region. The job is full-time, located in Amsterdam and you will report to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities and efficiently convert them to sales
  • Utilize your complete understanding of Epidemic Sound’s business model and music licenses to effectively articulate the USPs in personal meetings, phone/email and at networking events
  • Present a compelling offering, negotiate price and generate trust with prospects and clients, in order to expand our customer base
  • Be an ambassador for Epidemic Sound in all aspects of the position


What are we looking for?

French is your native language and you speak English fluently. You are driven by results and hungry for success. You have a track record of generating sales and closing big numbers with French clients. Charisma and relentless energy are essential. You have a minimum of four years experience working in sales or similar.

Being independent, self-motivated, social and great at networking comes naturally to you. You love sharing your success with others and you are ready to take a bullet for your team. You have an analytical and creative mindset and an active interest in music and/or media is a big plus. Having the right attitude is key as well as being adaptive and not afraid of change within a rapidly growing company.
