Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Instagram. We are now looking for a Community Campaign Coordinator to strengthen our Community Campaign team!
With the objective of growing our global footprint, brand awareness and new sales for the business, we need to be excellent at building and executing online campaigns to inspire action and loyalty which is why we need you! The focus of the Campaign Coordinator is to support and coordinate the ongoing online campaigns within our online creator community - YouTubers, Instagrammers, Podcasters, Streamers and Facebook Creators. The goal is to secure successful campaigns that promote our different online products by:
- Assisting and collaborating with the Global Community team to provide campaign service support
- Coordinating every step of the online community campaigns - planning, approvals, agreements, delivery, payments - with all required parties, internal and external
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance and recommend optimization
- Make sure all campaign and project process documents are updated
This is a full-time position at HQ in Stockholm reporting to the Head of Community.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the thought of inspiring online content creators through creative campaigns. You should be self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and solve problems in the most effective way.
You should have previous experience from campaign coordination and/or project coordination. We also believe you have strong multitasking and organizational skills with experience of working with project management tools to develop and manage online campaigns and other initiatives.
You are familiar with online video platforms and being a fan of YouTube is a plus. But the most important factor is having the right attitude and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company. Fluency in English and excellent grammatical and writing is also important; hence we are an international company.
