We are now looking for an Ads Manager to join our streaming team!
This is a position within the Epidemic Streaming team. As an Ads Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up on marketing campaigns and strategies, supporting our overall mission of creating high engagement, consumption and awareness of our music and brand across the globe. You will play a key role in making sure consumers are being exposed to our artists, music, playlists and overall brand as well as investigating in new ways of communicating with music-lovers. You are a great team-player that loves to work in teams but also feel very comfortable managing your own projects from start to finish.
Examples of tasks:
- Plan and execute ads on a variety of platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snap)
- Build and maintain audience-groups based on a variety of parameters
- Re-marketing and lookalike marketing
- Examine new ways of marketing and reaching audiences
- Make data-driven decisions on next marketing steps based on audience behavior and insights.
- Handle CRM for the collected audiences.
- Create landing-pages in order to collect data and run campaigns
This is a full-time position based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and you will be reporting to our Streaming Marketing Manager.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with several years of relevant work experience in a similar role. We would like you to have an excellent understanding of the digital space and love following the latest trends within music, tech and the digital world in general. You thrive on understanding consumer behavior, creating awareness, building audiences and engaging fans to drive consumption and feel comfortable handling budgets. As a person you need to be driven, love challenges and have an easy time learning new things. You pay excellent attention to detail and have strong organizational skills with the ability to initiate and drive improvements. You are also great at prioritizing and work effectively under pressure, as well as maintaining a professional manner. Fluency in both written (excellent grammatical skills) and spoken English is required.

- Relevant education
- Great knowledge within Ads-manager systems such as smartly.io, Facebook & Google etc
- Proficient in the Adobe Suites
- Proficient knowledge in CSS and HTML
