Every day, you find our music at places where content can spread like wildfire! The growth of our business requires us to be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to inspire action and loyalty. To achieve this, we need to move our content team to the next level – and that’s why we need you!
The main responsibility is managing and supporting our Content Marketing team (consisting of in-house production, distribution/social media team and production pods) in topics such as strategy, target-setting, budgeting, best practice-sharing, recruitment, personnel questions, etc.
The Content Marketing team at Epidemic are responsible for all content creation for external marketing, we produce videos for YouTube and other marketing campaigns. Video, image, text is where we live with a constant eye on overall marketing goals. Check out our YouTube and Instagram channel and you'll get a sense!
You will need to use data and best practices to improve, design and implement processes and guidelines in order to ensure that the sub teams are working as efficiently as possible and are able to reach our ambitious team targets.
This is a temporary position for 12 months starting as soon as possible - but hey, we’re growing at a rapid pace so for the right person there will be opportunities after this period too. You will be part of the marketing team at our HQ in Stockholm and report directly to the VP Marketing.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5+ years experience of marketing - from content creation to distribution and lead generation
- Experience working with marketing goals, strategy and execution
- In-depth experience in managing content teams and campaigns with a proven track record
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manager role where team has been 5+ people
- Know-how on setting processes and managing team responsibilities
- Strong social/interpersonal and decision-making skills
As a person you are creative, structured, goal-oriented and numerical. You are a problem-solver with an agile mindset who thrives on challenges. You’re not afraid to dig in to problems - big or small, you can handle it all. You also have a passion for music, video and media, of course.
