We are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst for our marketing team. Actually. You can call yourself Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Guru, Analytics Enthusiast or Easter Bunny if you like, the thing is: we have data and you are good at data.
We’re in a phase where we’re growing like never before and this requires us to be at the forefront of communication – all through the customer journey. To achieve this, we need to take our Lifecycle Marketing Team to the next level – and that’s why we need you!
As a Data Analyst, you monitor and analyze marketing data; enabling us to quickly adapt and iterate on ongoing marketing initiatives. You handle ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Together with the team, you evaluate ongoing marketing initiatives, find insights and new angles for how to optimize activities to increase conversion, engagement and revenue. Also, you measure campaigns, report on A/B tests and develop and maintain dashboards for both the team and for other internal stakeholders. The role also includes assisting and coordination other tasks related to Lifecycle Marketing such as growth initiatives and operational improvements.

What are we looking for?
We believe that you have a passion for data, marketing, tech and music, love an entrepreneurial start-up vibe and that you are strong in quantitative analysis, statistics or mathematics. You are a doer and a fast learner with a creative mind, a great interest in dealing with large data and a drive to learn new stuff. Furthermore, we believe you have strong communication skills, so explaining goals and results to the rest of the team is a breeze for you.
We also believe that you have:
- Relevant educational background
- 0-3 years of experience from marketing or/and financial reporting, consulting, modeling and analytics
- Excellent skills and experience with Excel and presentation tools
- Understanding of data selection and analysis
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL and/or other programming languages
- Experience using data visualization to create compelling data stories
- Experience in working with Google Analytics
