We are now looking for a People Partner to join our expanding People and Culture team!
As a People Partner your main mission is to support, develop and challenge our fantastic Epidemic leaders.
You initiate, implement and develop People and Culture processes in order to support managers within the entire employee lifecycle. You also empower managers and their teams by providing coaching and support on a daily basis.
You’ll be responsible for leadership development, performance, engagement, talent management and organizational change within your designated teams. Also, you own the implementation of new People and Culture tools in various areas in the organization.
Of course, you are not a single player here; you work closely with colleagues both within the People and Culture department as well as the whole company.
Who are you?
We believe that you have a proven track record of strong business partnerships within a dynamic, and fast-paced environment. You also have extensive experience in Human Resources and working cross functionally with all areas within the HR field.
To be a successful People Partner at Epidemic Sound, you keep a strong strategic overview and find creative solutions to short, mid- and long-term challenges. You are also prepared to take a hands-on approach where needed.
You are a self-starter with a creative mind and a lot of energy with a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results. Also, we believe you find it natural to build trust and develop relationships on all levels in the organization. You are a true believer when it comes to the power of the employees and passionate about driving change, talent management and people development.
- BSc or MSc degree from a relevant field
- Relevant work experience from similar HR roles, preferably in a product/tech company
- Experience working with leadership development, performance and talent management
- Experience identifying organizational needs, initiate, implement and develop HR processes and structures
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with stakeholders on different levels and experiences
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
