Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, productions companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Our HQ is based in Stockholm but we're growing fast with offices in Amsterdam, Hamburg, Madrid and New York.
Every day, Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube and Facebook – places where content can spread like wildfire! The growth of our business requires us to be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our customers to inspire action and loyalty. To achieve this, we need to move our Social Media platforms to the next level – and that’s why we need you!
As a Social Media Manager at Epidemic Sound you will build and execute social media strategies with the objective of growing our social media channels, brand awareness and ultimately drive new sales for the business.
We’re looking for a solution driven self starter, with an eye for data who has experience of managing Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
You will be working with key stakeholders to understand the needs for each platform, plan content, review and optimise content when needed. Besides from planning and publishing content you will also engage with the community and most importantly, analyse performance on each platform. You will plan for paid social campaigns together with our paid marketing team, and our in house content team will help produce copy, graphics and video assets to support social media activity.
Build and execute social media strategies to grow followers and sales through respective platforms (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook)
Plan and publish engaging and involving content that appeals to our target customers.
Support brand building, community building, customer acquisition and support.
Optimize and establish best practice for Epidemic Sound on each platform.
Define and keep track of weekly and monthly social media KPIs
Work with the entire marketing team for inspiration, ideas and information sourcing.
Desired skills and experience:
Social media native with a solid understanding of social media marketing
Performance and data driven with experience in working with CMS and social media analytics tools and to develop marketing strategies based on findings.
Well organized and attentive to detail.
Strategic and analytical mindset
Fluency in English and excellent grammatical, writing and editorial skills
Heavy user of YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch or other online video platforms.
Passion for music!
