As a Digital Advertising Designer, you will play a crucial role in the Brand Creative team supporting our marketing efforts. Your role will be to produce high-impact advertising materials that drive consideration and conversion for our mid & lower-funnel campaigns.
This role is critical to customer acquisition, directly impacting commercial results and targets. It supports the growth marketing objectives by delivering visually engaging designs that convert. Your work will have a tangible impact on our commercial success, enhancing the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and driving customer growth. You'll be part of the Brand Creative team, collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualise and execute compelling visual assets for mid & lower-funnel advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
- Translate growth marketing objectives into persuasive designs that drive conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Optimise creatives based on performance data (CTR, VR, ROAS, CPA).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in motion and graphic design, with a focus on lower-funnel advertising creative.
- Proven experience in designing high-performing ads for Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
- Ability to understand creative performance data and interpret key advertising metrics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Smartly.io or similar for developing automated ad-creatives.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for advertising and motivated by the impact of creative work.
- Enjoys the craft of advertising and stays inspired by industry trends.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
