Introduction:
At Epidemic Sound we set out to challenge the music industry. Our carefully curated music library with over 30,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers no matter what their story is. Countless customers around the world, from broadcasters, production companies and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them to tell their stories. Our HQ is based in Stockholm but we’re growing fast with offices in Amsterdam, Hamburg, Madrid, New York, and Los Angeles. Every day, Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of thousands of videos on online video platforms such as YouTube and Facebook – places where content can spread like wildfire! The growth of our business requires us to be excellent at building and maintaining relationships with our beloved customers to inspire action and loyalty. To achieve this, we need to move the field of Marketing Automation to the next level – and that’s why we need you!

We’re looking for a meticulously organised team player with a creative approach and technical depth – experienced with managing and delivering on digital projects from conception to delivery. The projects will vary between copywriting, design, building communication strategies, to implementation in our automation software. The position is full-time and located at our HQ in Stockholm.

Job Description:
As a Customer Communications Specialist you will join the Customer Communications team to plan, implement, and execute long-term projects such as automated communication flows with the objective of increasing activation and retention of our customers. You will be expected to use your creative freedom to test strategies and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. The person we’re looking for is creative, curios, and a problem-solver. We believe that you have experience of digital marketing, but don’t let that stop you from applying!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce engaging and targeted communication that delivers on business goals.
  • Implement and execute communication in our automation software.
  • Manage and drive projects with internal stakeholders.
  • Track, report, and improve the success of communication by analysing data and testing.
  • Evaluate projects on an ongoing basis to improve and maximise the value of each communication effort.
  • Review internal workflow on an ongoing basis to streamline the way we work.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Communication team on ideas.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Creative with an eye for clear, compelling, and engaging copy.
  • Well-organised with ability to see the bigger picture while still being attentive to detail.
  • Passionate about learning and developing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within Digital Marketing or CRM Communication.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • A heavy user of YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, or similar online video platform.
  • Not afraid to speak your mind.
  • Passion for music.
  • Fluent in English.


You are organised and creative with experience in digital marketing and content production. Knowledge about customer segmentation using marketing tools, as well as an insight into the world of online creators is a big plus.
