As Customer Insights Analyst in the Operations & CRM team you will play a vital role in our mission to create even happier and more loyal customers! Your job is to support your colleagues in various data and analytics projects by converting business data into understandable, shareable and actionable insights to guide our future business decisions.
You will work with both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify customer profiles and behaviors, analyze communication efforts to optimize conversions and work on a wide array of market research projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing and communicating the results of our ongoing NPS & CSAT tracking and create reports to visualize team KPIs such as activity, usage, campaign hit-rates, customer interactions etc. You are a part of the Operations & CRM team but will regularly collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to exchange ideas and learnings.
This is a full-time position based at our HQ in Stockholm reporting to Head of Customer Development.
What are we looking for?
You might be fresh out of university or have a few of years of experience working with a subscription businesses, e-commerce or other online service. Regardless, we believe that you enjoy working with numbers & analysis to help us develop our existing customers. You have a passion for solving problems and always goes the extra mile whatever the challenge. You master Excel & SQL and are familiar with external business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. You are a real team player while still very self-motivated and able to prioritize and structure your own work.
Your strongest skill beside your analytical mind, is that you can explain something complex in a simple way to various stakeholders!
