Come Together Week
We work from seven offices worldwide but we value close collaboration and celebration. Our annual Come Together week welcomes employees from across the globe to join forces in our Stockholm HQ. The week is filled with everything from Look Ahead team sessions, cross-departmental workshops, and after-work mingles, before being rounded off with our hotly-anticipated summer party.

Hack Week
Every year, our tech teams clear their schedules and get stuck into Hack Week. Five full days of innovation, collaboration and fun. Hack Week increases connectivity across teams while empowering you to seed new ideas for future projects and see them come to life.

Communities
Hobby communities foster a sense of belonging by creating spaces where common identities and interests are shared. These communities, like Epidemic Choir, unites our employees through things they love, creating even more spaces to build friendships and feel included.

ERGs
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide safe and supportive environments to connect and grow together. They’re an essential part of our inclusive workplace culture, with ERG leaders being allocated a percentage of their full-time roles to develop initiatives that result in a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. We have six ERGs including Queer Epidemic (our community for LGBTQIA+ employees) and Amplify (our community for People of Color, bi-racial, multi-racial and indigenous employees).
