We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Product Area. This role is located at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to own and build the foundations of how our customers interact with our product, laying the groundwork for a truly world-class product experience for our enterprise, business, and professional creator customers. You will develop capabilities that enable teams to experiment with customer experiences, unlock untapped opportunities for our customers, and create tools to empower our internal teams to deliver exceptional support.
You’ll be a key part of our Growth Product department, whose mission is to attract and retain enterprises, businesses and professional creators that are soundtracking content globally.
You’ll report to the SVP of product in Growth and get to work with a super talented group of engineering, design, finance, marketing and commercial colleagues to drive change. This is a hands-on role, where you can make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
Form and grow a vision, strategy for the customer platform team that helps serve our customers and business goals.
Build strong relationships with our growth and business teams to ensure we have alignment to unlock the right capabilities.
Expertly communicate with internal stakeholders to make sure we are building the right things, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments.
Collaborate with design and technical peers in the daily operations to ensure delivery by also keeping an eye on capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth to empower the team.
Requirements
6+ years of experience working with product development in a growing and data-driven organization
Strong product expertise, with a solid understanding of software development principles, agile development methodologies, and both qualitative and quantitative experimentation methodologies.
Hands-on PM experience delivering world class end user and/or platform experiences in B2C/B2B context
Excellent relationship-building skills, helping your team prioritize and communicating that priority in the organization
The ability to lead in complex and uncertain environments and thrive when you drive change and create structure
Nice to have:
Experience from leading platform teams and managing internal products
Experience working with a saas and enterprise businesses models.
