How we work
Work-life balance is important to us as well as a strong office culture. We offer flexible working hours while also providing innovative workplaces ready to enhance focus, collaboration and celebration. We don’t believe in enforcing five days a week IRL, but once you experience our company culture, we know you'll want to get involved.
How we recharge
We believe in providing ample opportunities for you to relax and recharge. Everyone, everywhere, regardless of role, enjoys six weeks of paid vacation. We also offer a generous yearly wellness grant for you to spend on anything from a gym membership to massages or even a ski pass.
How we contribute
We strive to create an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes belonging. We offer various safe spaces, including employee resource groups (ERGs) and hobby communities, to connect and share ideas. We also encourage you to give back by providing three paid days per year for volunteering. Every year, we invest in getting our global employees together in Stockholm to celebrate and reinforce our commitment to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
How we plan for the future
Your future is important to us. We offer parental leave top-up, competitive pension and insurance plans that provide access to free counseling services to support you in any challenges you may face in life. We also offer a highly competitive employee incentive program that gives employees the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company and benefit from our journey.
