As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the People & Culture team. Your role will be to ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits for our employees, keeping us competitive and helping us attract and retain top talent.
- You will contribute to our team goals by improving our policies and processes within the compensation and benefits framework.
- You will support the People and Culture team with your expertise in salary setting, ensuring that our compensation packages are attractive and equitable.
- You will work closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, and other stakeholders across the company.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conduct annual salary mapping to ensure compliance with Swedish law.
- Lead the annual salary review process, guiding managers and ensuring fair compensation practices.
- Provide the organisation with updated salary statistics.
- Advise Talent Partners and managers on salary setting and benefits.
- Manage the allocation and administration of our employee incentive program.
- Oversee and approve monthly salaries.
- Contribute to the improvement of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Compensation & Benefits tasks for at least 2 years
- Experience with salary mapping and salary review
- Experience with job mapping
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Project management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Collaborative spirit
Nice to have:
- Experience with CBA
