As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the People & Culture team. Your role will be to ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits for our employees, keeping us competitive and helping us attract and retain top talent.

• You will contribute to our team goals by improving our policies and processes within the compensation and benefits framework.
• You will support the People and Culture team with your expertise in salary setting, ensuring that our compensation packages are attractive and equitable.
• You will work closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, and other stakeholders across the company.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Conduct annual salary mapping to ensure compliance with Swedish law.
• Lead the annual salary review process, guiding managers and ensuring fair compensation practices.
• Provide the organisation with updated salary statistics.
• Advise Talent Partners and managers on salary setting and benefits.
• Manage the allocation and administration of our employee incentive program.
• Oversee and approve monthly salaries.
• Contribute to the improvement of compensation and benefits policies and programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Compensation & Benefits tasks for at least 2 years
• Experience with salary mapping and salary review
• Experience with job mapping
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Project management skills
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Collaborative spirit

Nice to have:

• Experience with CBA
