We are looking for you with leadership instincts and leadership experience to become our new Analytics Manager. The Analytics department operates in smaller teams, led by Team Leads on an operational basis. You will enable Data Scientists and Analysts to maximize their impact in the organization. The scope of the role is to manage the people in the different Analytics teams, and manage processes for collaboration and efficiency. It will be your responsibility to oversee peoples’ health at work and to ensure a stable work load by proactively working around stressful scenarios. We want our co-workers to develop in the right direction and it will be your mission to guide and support them. With staff management comes responsibility for recruiting and onboarding Data Scientists and Data Analysts as well as developing and maintaining our growth framework guiding peoples’ personal and career development. The Analytics department works cross functionally with Analytics- and Data Engineering teams and you will guide the Analytics teams for collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the organization. It doesn’t end here, we aim for a world class Analytics Department which is why you will help us innovate and drive such initiatives across the teams.
