We strive to create an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes belonging. We offer various safe spaces, including employee resource groups and hobby communities, to connect and share ideas.
Employee resource groups
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) provide a safe and supportive environment for employees who share common identities and interests to come together and connect. These communities play an essential part in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture at Epidemic Sound.
Our ERG leaders are allocated a percentage of their full-time roles to developing intentional initiatives resulting in a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at Epidemic Sound. In recognition of their efforts, they receive an income supplement.
