We are now looking for a Director of Total Rewards who will be responsible for establishing, developing and implementing the global reward strategy and programs to ensure we are a competitive and attractive employer. We want you to help us build strategies and policies that are clearly linked to and drive the long term success of Epidemic Sound. You will also be responsible for global payroll management.
You will report to the Chief People & Culture and work in close collaboration with senior business leaders and the Epidemic Management Team.
There are currently 2 direct reports (both located in Sweden): 1 payroll specialist working with payroll agencies in US, Netherlands, Germany, South Korea and UK and 1 Compensation & Benefit specialist with focus on global benefits.
How you will make an impact
- Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies and programs to ensure we are a competitive and attractive employer
- Continuously review and evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits strategies and programs
- Manage, evaluate and design long term employee incentive programs (shares/stock options) in collaboration with external parties
- Oversee insurance and pension programs through research, analysis and evaluation
- Support the organization with job evaluation and design and manage pay ranges
- Ensure an effective base salary strategy and variable pay schemes/sales commission schemes
- Lead the management of payroll/payroll agencies globally
- Manage the annual salary review process globally
- Design effective employee communication around compensation and benefits/ total rewards
- Lead projects through various stages from initial assessment with the business through to implementation
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within own area of responsibility
Who you are
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Ability to understand the specific needs of a global organization
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present to senior leaders/board members outlining trends, costings etc within own area of responsibility
- Strong proficiency in English
