We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Brand Marketing to take our brand into the world - positioning us as the clear category leader in the market.
Job Summary:
As the Head of Brand Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, creative agencies, and internal creative teams to develop compelling visuals, engaging content, and impactful campaigns. Your responsibilities will include overseeing campaign implementation, continuously monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure campaigns effectively convey our brand's message and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute campaign strategies for all brand, music, artist, and product initiatives.
Set objectives for targeted audience areas and measure outcomes to gauge campaign effectiveness.
Maintain messaging structure and institute brand guidelines in collaboration with the creative team.
Identify and invest in influential voices for sponsorship to enhance brand visibility.
Harness brand personality across all channels to maintain consistency.
Mitigate and escalate opportunities for revenue generation or crisis management.
Lead and manage a team to cultivate a collaborative and inspiring work environment, supporting professional development and recognizing achievements.
Craft narratives around our music catalogue and diversity of sound to drive music strategy.
Develop brand strategies for prominent artists, supporting their promotion and integrating their releases into our music marketing campaigns.
Implement viral and reactive marketing strategies to support the growth of new artists.
Highlight product packaging and key marketing messages for product launches.
Lead messaging and content development for enterprise and professional creators.
Analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with overall objectives and develop campaign concepts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent relevant work experience.
10+ years experience in brand marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
