We're seeking a talented and passionate Cloud Specialist to join our growing team! You'll be a key player in unlocking the full potential of our Salesforce platform (Sales- and Service Cloud). Leverage your expertise in declarative configuration and custom solution design to become a true Salesforce rockstar!
Responsibilities
- Leverage declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.) to automate processes, enforce data quality, and streamline user processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce configurations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions through process mapping and solution design.
- Develop and deliver clear training and documentation to ensure user adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.
- Collaborate effectively with the technical lead, developers and system administrator to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates.
Who you are
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales- and Service Cloud) in a business analyst or similar role (3-5 years experience with Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of declarative configuration tools within Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
