The Role
Are you an experienced System Administrator with a passion for managing and optimizing cloud-based workspaces in a SaaS environment? Do you thrive in a dynamic IT Operations team, enabling a creative and productive organization while keeping Security and Compliance at the forefront? If so, we want you on our team!
Our IT Operations team is responsible for maintaining and improving employee-facing systems and technologies. We work closely with IT Support, IT Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations, security, and productivity across the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact
Ownership & Strategy: You will own and maintain key SaaS applications such as Google Workspace and Atlassian Suite, ensuring they are optimized for scalability, security, and efficiency. Your holistic, architectural mindset will ensure seamless integration with the rest of our ecosystem.
Software & License Management: You will oversee SaaS application administration, licensing, and compliance, ensuring efficient software procurement, renewals, and cost optimization.
Collaboration & Communication: As part of an employee-facing team, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, improving productivity and enabling teams to work seamlessly across our platforms.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: You will assess technical changes and apply critical thinking to decision-making, balancing business needs, IT security, and organizational goals.
Generalist Approach & Execution: You will lead, execute, and implement IT projects and change requests, configure and maintain applications, and develop processes and best practices to improve system administration.
What You’ll Do
Administer and maintain key SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and other employee-facing applications) to ensure smooth operations.
Manage user access, security configurations, and compliance across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems and processes align with business needs and security best practices.
Handle escalated end-user cases related to software administration, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor and improve licensing and software management, optimizing costs and compliance.
Implement automation and scripting (e.g.,Python, GAM, API integrations) to streamline system administration and repetitive tasks.

What You Bring to the Role
Experience owning and managing Google Workspace and Atlassian Suite in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of SaaS application administration, access management, and compliance.
Experience with software licensing management and procurement best practices.
Knowledge of common scripting languages and command-line tools (e.g., GAM, PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Familiarity with automation and API integrations to optimize workflows.
Excellent communication skills – You can engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred but not required: Google Workspace Professional Certification or equivalent experience.
